Q. What makes you different from a car wash?
A. Our process! A conventional car wash uses brushes that scratch and swirl your car's paint. Even the touchless car washes are not safe. They use caustic chemicals that over time, degrade your paint's condition. We use mostly pH neutral chemicals that are completely safe for your car's exterior and interior. We also take great care to ensure no scratches or swirl marks are imparted on your paint.Q. What is your drying process?
A. We use a special microfiber towel with twisted loop ends designed to absorb a lot of water while preventing any scratches or marring. We also lubricate the panel with wax to further prevent any scratches and leave your car with protection.Q. What is a 'rinseless' wash?
A. A rinseless wash is a method of exterior washing that involves a single bucket of water with a special type of cleaner that prevents scratches and swirl marks. One panel is cleaned at a time and immediately dried. This type of washing can prevent water spots on the paint and is just as effective as a traditional wash.Q. What does 'claying' do?
A. Claying involves the use of a clay bar or a clay mitt directly after a exterior wash to remove contaminants in the paint. It leaves the paint super clean and smooth. A chemical decon in the form of an iron remover is used prior to claying.
